If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, contact us through email@example.com within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
For a full refund or exchange of merchandise:
Your credit card will be refunded the amount of your purchase, less shipping and handling, within 14 business days of receipt of your return.
Payments for in-person seminars are refundable up to 5 days prior to the event.
Payments for online programs are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the program, contact us for an exchange to another product or service.
